§1Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "s9gam" / "Platform" / "we" / "us" refers to s9gam and its associated website accessible at s9gam.vip, including all sub-pages, services, and features offered therein.
• "User" / "Player" / "you" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the s9gam platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by you on s9gam, through which you access games, place bets, and manage your funds.
• "Funds" / "Balance" means the PKR (Pakistani Rupee) amount held in your s9gam account wallet at any given time, inclusive of any pending bonus amounts subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Services" means all products and features offered by s9gam, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer games, sports betting, jackpots, and any promotional activities.
• "Bonus Terms" refers to the specific terms governing any promotional offer, free spin award, deposit match, or other incentive made available to users of s9gam from time to time.

§2Eligibility & Registration

When creating your s9gam account, you agree to:

s9gam reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any stage of registration or account operation. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or the withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of s9gam complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. s9gam makes no representation that the services are lawful in your specific location. If you are in doubt, please seek independent legal advice before registering.

§3Account Responsibilities

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your s9gam login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. s9gam will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• All bets, transactions, and instructions placed through your account — whether authorised by you or not — are your responsibility unless you notify s9gam of unauthorised access promptly upon becoming aware of it.
• If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must change your password immediately and contact s9gam support.
• s9gam customer support will never request your password. Any communication purporting to be from s9gam that asks for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected].
• s9gam reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion if it suspects a breach of these Terms or any applicable law.

§4Deposits & Withdrawals

s9gam accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the payment methods listed on the cashier page, which currently include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Bank Alfalah transfer, USDT TRC20, and Visa/Mastercard where applicable. All transactions are denominated in PKR unless otherwise specified.

• Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in the s9gam cashier at the time of transaction.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. s9gam does not accept deposits from third parties.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and wagering requirement checks prior to processing. s9gam reserves the right to request supporting documents before releasing any withdrawal.
• s9gam does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own charges, for which s9gam accepts no liability.
• s9gam reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal back to your account balance if KYC documents are not provided within the time specified in the withdrawal request notification.

§5Bonuses & Promotions

s9gam may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives. All such offers are subject to their individual Bonus Terms, which are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms and Conditions.

• Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps are detailed in the specific Bonus Terms.
• s9gam reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to do so.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, IP address, or payment method unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or misuse a bonus offer — including through multiple account registration, collusion, or systematic exploitation of bonus mechanics — will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.

§6Gaming Rules

All games available on s9gam are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible from within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the rules of a specific game, the specific game rules shall prevail in respect of that game only.

• s9gam uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for all non-live casino games. Live dealer games are conducted by third-party studios operating under independent regulatory oversight.
• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee any particular outcome for any individual session or player.
• In the event of a malfunction or technical error affecting a game round, s9gam reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the player's account balance.
• Bets placed during a confirmed technical fault shall be deemed void regardless of the displayed outcome.

§7Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on s9gam and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence to interact with s9gam games or the platform interface.
• Colluding with other players in any game to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or replicate any part of the s9gam platform.
• Using VPN or proxy services to misrepresent your geographic location for the purpose of circumventing access restrictions.
• Any conduct that s9gam, in its sole discretion, determines to be abusive, harmful, or disruptive to the platform or other users.

§8Intellectual Property

All content on the s9gam platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game software, and the overall look and feel of the website, is the intellectual property of s9gam or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use s9gam for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any s9gam content without express prior written consent.

§9Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, s9gam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, service interruptions, or technical failures.

s9gam's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of funds held in your account at the time the claim arises.

s9gam does not warrant that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or security vulnerabilities, and accepts no liability for losses arising from such events where they are outside s9gam's reasonable control.

§10Responsible Gaming

s9gam is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Every account on s9gam includes access to deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and a voluntary self-exclusion facility. Players are strongly encouraged to use these tools proactively.

§12Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them, shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, s9gam may, at its discretion, submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules. Both parties agree that arbitration shall be conducted in English. Nothing in this clause limits s9gam's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
